Monkfish - A Face Only A Foodie Could Love

"Food is our common ground, a universal experience."
James Beard

The Monkfish resembles the Predator after he got beaten with an ugly stick (...if you can visualize that). But, the Monkfish tastes like hot sex on a platter. It's sometimes referred to as the "poor man's lobster" or the "Veal of the sea". The Monkfish can seduce even the most devout man of the cloth to endulge in the pleasures of the flesh (it's so sinfully delicious!!!).

The Monkfish dwells on the ocean floor and is found in the waters of the north west Atlantic Ocean. The tail of the Monkfish is the portion of the fish that has become the culinary tour de force. Its flesh is very lobster-like in texture. Its taste is very heaven-like in nature...

Mojari (Maharaja Swag...)

"Though I am grateful for the blessings of wealth, it hasn't changed who I am. My feet are still on the ground. I'm just wearing better shoes."
Oprah Winfrey

The Sophistiques are individuals of "royal" stature. The Sophistiques drink tea with their pinkies in the air. If they desire Indian food, they travel to India... Only the absolute best will ever do. While in India, they'll have a pair of Mojari made. Mojari are a traditional handcrafted footwear of India and Pakistan (where they are called khussa). They are crafted by artisans in a time honored custom of using vegetable tanned leather. They're almost like the original bespoked shoe.

Mojari epitomize the highly cultured and well traveled maverick that is the Sophistique. (Yes, the Sophistique is a big show-off...) But, the Sophistique does embrace all the world has to offer with tremendous fervor (That's a good thing....right???). The Sophistique is the life of parties, he (or she) has never attended. He (or she) is the most interesting man (or woman) in the world....
