HELLO BROOKLYN!!!

"I'm a Brooklyn boy, I may take some gettin' use to."
Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter

Brooklyn Navy Yard is located on the East River in Brooklyn on Wallabout Basin, a semicircular bend of the River across from Corlear's Hook in Manhattan and is 1.7 miles northeast of the Battery. It is bounded by Navy Street, Flushing and Kent Avenues. In 1966, the Navy decommissioned the yard and sold it to the City of New York. The Navy may have built the shipping yard but Abigail Kirsch has made it simply romantic...

Stage 6 at the Steiner Studios is the sight of Abigail Kirsch's interpretation of heaven on earth. New Yorkers love a roof top deck and Abbie delivers. The Ballroom and Screening Rooms are simply works of art. Regardless of the season, this is a breathtaking space.

On Dec. 1, the Metro NY Chapter of the National Black MBA Association will celebrate its 20th Annual Scholarship & Awards Reception @ Stage 6. This is the perfect opportunity to experience this Abigail Kirsch creation at Steiner Studios.

Date: Wednesday, Dec.1
Place: Abigail Kirsch Stage 6 @ Steiner Studios, 15 Washington Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11205
Time: 7pm to 9pm

When I'm at Stage 6, I like to look out and survey my domain (you have my permission to enjoy this as well...).
